To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間壽司店比想像中出色，而且老闆係一個好有良心嘅企業家，所有嘅壽司務求做到完美，先至會賣比個客人，而且個老闆好有善，會有種比你享受美食，享受服務，享受環境嘅感覺咁我之前食過鰻魚飯啦，真係好多汁，好入味，有種感覺係飯都好味啲嘅感覺😂而且佢一碗嘅份量係足夠一個正常食量嘅女仔覺得好飽肚，所以價錢即使係比出面貴，但係物有所值而另外我最常食嘅就係青瓜卷，唔好睇佢平平無奇好簡單，師傅都係好用心咁去包，好用心機整青瓜絲如果大家得閒嘅都可以試吓坐低堂食，不過我見成日都好多人捧場，所以未有機會，如果下次有機會都會試吓
