To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

文興記除左太安樓有店舖之外，其實係太祥街都開左間比較細既分店（都好一段時間啦）！太祥街雖然細間，但坐位上坐得比較舒服，人流亦相對較少。無左上海菜色後唯有食常餐或湯飯等。今次就叫左沙嗲牛肉煎蛋公仔麵，牛腩飯，豬扒飯同蕃茄濃湯煎蛋豬扒米線。沙嗲牛肉可以話係茶記必食，唔係間間都做得好，甘岩同場亦有客叫沙嗲牛，證明佢有不少捧場客！牛腩份量頗多，豬扒新鮮炸起但少鹹，只嫌蕃茄湯底唔夠濃味！茶記食既係人情味係回憶，亦要繼續支持小店！
