To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

良心美味雞扒早餐

當越來越多食肆有C區和D區, 同時越來越多市民打針, 以及樂於使用安心出行, 這家茶餐廳堅持只有A區, 每台只坐兩人和晚上六點後沒有堂食, 相當有Guts. 特別是它位處住宅區, 早午晚餐人流多之餘對堂食需求也很大, 這樣做對其生意影響很大, 這樣的堅持不易, 特別是很多黃店明白安心出行對私隱帶來的潛在問題, 但為生意也許只能委曲求全, 更是顯得難能可貴, 當然值得同路人繼續支持.早餐的扒餐就是簡簡單單, 雞扒兩面煎得相當香脆, 內裡肉質夠稔有肉汁, 最重要是全熟, 因為如此厚的雞扒, 我也吃過外面很焦但內裡血紅色的情況. 餐廳罪多只能容納20人, 而每枱只能座兩人的情況下, 食客也要在門外等一等就是.
