To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於石硤尾的社企餐廳「膳心小館」，現正推出特價外賣套餐，為區內街坊提供平價的早餐及兩餸飯，每天更有多款菜式可供選擇，絕對是區內平價飯之首選。早餐特備外賣優惠，有餐肉雞蛋麵配熱飲 或 餐肉雞蛋三文治配熱飲，價錢都只係$18元正，平時連淨買杯熱飲都唔得，真正抵到爛。早前決定去試吓，由石硤尾地鐵站行過去也不是太遠，大概6分鐘左右吧；門口乾淨企理，店內放有兩張長枱及一張四人枱，但因有其他客人，所以不便影相；坐下後叫了個「歐陸早餐」，包括：香煎豬扒、嫩滑炒蛋及多士、加錢轉薄荷菠蘿特飲 及 加多個迷你火腿通粉。食物中規中矩，但也絕對唔難食。最不解是想把普通多士，加錢改做奶油多被拒，那單叫一件奶油多又如何？原來只可叫多士配熱飲$25，那就有點奇怪了，難道要叫我飲兩杯熱飲？最後也只能放棄了。離開店前，見店內有多款食品，如不同味道的蛋卷、杏仁餅、鳳凰卷、月餅…等等；而月餅是可愛的貓咪造型，外型生動有趣，見其中有低糖雙黃白蓮蓉味道，那又一於買來試吓。價錢優惠，水準不差，絕對是良心食堂！#香煎豬扒 #嫩滑炒蛋 #多士 #薄荷菠蘿特飲 #迷你火腿通粉 #一板一眼 #不能更改 #良心食堂#膳心小館 地址: 石硤
