今日同朋友去咗Homeland食飯餐廳牆上掛滿壁畫同乾花,環境好靚我哋就叫咗2個Dinner Set 前菜我哋就叫咗慢煮雞胸凱撒沙律, 同埋秘製法式龍蝦濃湯, 龍蝦湯質地濃厚, 味道鮮甜主菜我哋就叫咗西班牙伊比利亞豬肩肉我哋就揀咗八成熟, 豬肩肉好厚身, 切開非常粉嫩, 肉質香濃另外我都叫咗黑松露牛肝菌芝士薄餅薄餅比較脆身, 咬落黑松露味幾出飲品叫咗海鹽抹茶奶蓋同埋蝶豆花士多啤梨牛奶 🍓 士多啤梨牛奶一上枱就見到好靚嘅漸層, 酸酸甜甜好開胃抹茶奶蓋上面仲有熊仔餅裝飾, 飲落滑身, 抹茶味幾香😋另外我哋都叫左香草蒜香焗田螺配薯蓉田螺蒜味香濃, 薯蓉綿滑又帶點牛油香
