To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次同埋媽媽去飲茶～室內裝潢好有特色～呢間龍點心好有特色～當日同朋友黎到都有唔少西裝友入黎用餐～一龍大滿足 $58一龍有6款唔同嘅招牌餃，色彩繽紛好靚！碗豆桃子裡面有綠色餡料都幾好味～筍尖蝦餃皇皮薄蝦餡料滿～蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、酸菜魚鳳眼餃、松露野菌晶瑩餃、筍尖蝦餃皇、碗豆桃子、臘味糯米燒賣龍燒賣 $38有4款唔同既燒賣，當中麻辣牛肉燒賣都幾出色，因為都幾辣下～龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣咬入口幾彈牙～懷舊燒賣、麻辣牛肉燒賣、滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣、龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣脆脆富貴紅米腸粉 $426條紅米腸粉，裡面好似炸兩皮咁脆脆再包住蝦肉，附有3個醬汁，分別為沙律醬、泰式辣醬同埋豉油，我同朋友一致應為紅米腸粉沾沾豉油最好食櫻花果凍天鵝酥 $48天鵝酥勁靚！岩哂女仔打卡用！外層超脆裡面包坐紅豆餡～都幾好味，中間既係櫻花果凍配焦糖醬。焦糖醬味道偏甜，如果配黑糖醬會更加好吧～羊肚菌瑤柱雞湯 $52健康既湯品～飲一飲湯清一清口腔都幾舒服～茶位 $8@1
