To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天午膳和朋友走到荃灣廣場找尋食物,路過這一間牛角次南方,感受到香噴噴的牛肉味道,所以我和朋友便走到店內。我選了一個牛角男次丼,這個飯來到的時候還有一個白色透明的教學蓋在整個飯上,保持新鮮琴溫暖。牛肉變數十分之多,面頭還有幾條紅色的絲,令整個飯的顏色提升不少,蔥粒𣎴少為濃濃的牛肉片味道調和,十分配合,牛肉片薄切,很容易入口的,牛肉片用燒肉醬醃後才煮,十分入味,實在十分適合與飯一起進食的。此外,餐飲還可搭配汽水或小瓶樽裝飲品。
