To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在中環食中菜，翠玉軒是個不錯的選擇。環境舒適，食物優質，翠玉軒是實至名歸的米芝蓮星級食府。提早訂座，我們晚上七時半到達，店內已坐滿了食客。座位之間距離不遠，但環境都不算太嘈雜，尚可接受。我們點了一枝白酒，一邊聊天，一邊品嚐廚師精心烹調的菜式。蒜蓉蒸龍蝦:龍蝦新鮮，肉質很有彈性，蒜香味濃！蟹肉竹笙卷:豐富的蟹肉配搭清爽的竹笙，吃起來較為清淡，但不失風味。雞茸燴官燕:這個比較鹹了一點點...葡汁焗響螺:巨型釀響螺，單看特色的賣相，已叫人垂涎三尺。螺肉有嚼勁，濃濃的葡汁，竟然沒有完全搶走螺肉和其他材料的鮮味。 荷葉飯:吸收了荷葉的香味，飯粒口感佳香氣足。
