To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來心情好好的回香港食餐生日飯,進店已經黑蚊蚊,感覺氣氛好似幾好,但真係從未食過最差的潮州菜。什麼火腩春菜全是是老的,連個普寧豆腐都未整得好食。鹵水鵝又大又鞋又難咬,連白飯也未煮得好。只有杯功夫菜是正常的。怎來的好評。質素嚴重下降,真搞笑!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 怪不得現在好多香港人返深圳北上消費。連白飯都咁差。幾好菜都無用⋯⋯。普通打冷講都好過佢。。
