基本上食鐵板燒, 所有食物都係面前即叫即煎, 只要材料新鮮, 一定好食.今晚黎到旺角鐵板燒店, 相當唔錯, 食材新鮮, 大廚手勢熟練, 一邊食, 一邊睇佢煮, 雙重享受.鐵板帶子皇套餐 (二人前)豆腐和風沙律, 北寄貝刺身, 鐵板配菜, 北海道帶子皇, 日本原隻魷魚筒, 美國頂級牛柳, 三文魚炒烏冬, 日式炒時菜, 活蜆離菇麵豉湯, 甜品.日本原隻魷魚筒好爽口, 好鮮味, 完全唔韌.北海道帶子皇果然係帶子皇, 超大粒, 炒到啱啱好, 唔會太乾身, 裡面好juicy! 北海道帶子已經係一個保證, 必定鮮味.美國頂級牛柳大廚問我地要幾成熟, 一向食牛都係5成, 今次都唔例外. 其實大廚只係煎左一陣已經上枱, 好冧好香, 好多時食扒餐叫5成熟, 黎到都變左7-8成熟, 但係呢個牛真係5成, 好滿意!鐵板配菜冬菇同脆肉瓜煎完都仲好多汁, 好煮功!
