此鐵板燒已出名很多年了,開咗近20年,無論是食物,鐵板燒既師傅都是比較出色的,龍蝦,鮑魚,鵝肝,A5 和牛,焦糖多士等,都做得好出色。㕑師很細心,我們四人行兩男二女,其中兩個未嚟過,首度菜先上鮑魚,㕑師做好先上給兩位未嚟過先,我都奇怪點解(可能我見識小)?之後佢對同行的女士話:因為我地兩位新嚟所以給我們先,真係要比個讚佢,佢還會烹調之餘仲會攪氣氛,攪到我哋開心到失曬儀態。㕑師最尾還送了焦糖多士給我們,冇得頂。這是菜單上沒有的,這是亮點之一。佢哋話會再回來,因爲沒有機會嘗試菜單上的其他東西 continue reading

好差嘅體驗好差鐵板燒師傅午餐去食個279嘅一人套餐主食有銀雪魚、虎蝦、肥牛薄燒前菜主要係三文魚北極貝兩款刺身首先食物嘅新鮮度唔得,牛肉都霉霉地唔新鮮,銀雪魚都係新鮮度有d差。其次師傅先做左之後點餐嘅三人午餐,唔跟order先後做。食評上係每種食材分碟上,今次去所有嘢包括菜一個大碟上曬佢。碟底好多油又好多菜水。毫無心機嘅服務。香港嘅餐飲因為市場唔大、搞到食物嘅新鮮度,鐵板燒師傅嘅敬業程度都大大縮水。第一次去食,整天感受同相片嘅情況好唔同,而其中最大嘅分別係食物無相片中嘅新鮮。 continue reading
