To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知係咪心理影響，一年熱過一年! 但年年都係咁過! 天氣實在太熱，以前都唔會揸住杯沙冰邊行邊飲，依家都多咗搵吓D沙冰店，變成連去餐廳都睇吓有無沙冰，有沙冰會加分去幫襯!Amitie Kitchen 當然市打西餐唔係主打沙冰，但佢地有芒果沙冰提供之餘質素又唔差，而我又唔想係條熱甩甩嘅厚福街搵沙冰餐廳，於是快快衝上去幫襯.點咗份兩人set dinner，前菜揀選香煎美式蟹餅配蜜桃莎莎，是日餐湯野菌濃湯，主菜有老虎蝦配海膽龍蝦忌廉汁意大利麵，12安美國頂級肉眼扒，甜品芒果雪糕窩夫.當然要點杯凍冰冰嘅芒果沙冰啦.煎蟹餅煎到好似粒帶子，切開即刻見到滿滿蟹肉，蟹肉鮮甜又有少少煎香，前菜滿分.習慣食西餐飲西湯，有個餐包更加滿足，Amitie Kitchen 不單只有餐包，仲係牛角包，而且牛角包有溫度，唔係冷冰冰餐包一個，哩D細位都咁貼心，當然又再加分啦!芒果沙冰夠濃味，沙冰打得超幼滑，甚至口感有D似雪糕㖭，一入口，冰凍涼快! 爽死!原來好多人都唔知邊個係白種元，啱啱上 YouTube 先知道原來早排白種元哩過樓下厚福街搵美食，可惜佢無上嚟幫襯㖭!
