To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於觀塘嘅「壹.01」真係一間好值得推介嘅台式便當店！佢哋嘅招牌菜🍱有出色又抵食嘅耆肉飯、炸排骨飯，仲有台式夜市小食同飲品，款式非常多，另外，佢哋仲有不同新品，例如蛋餅、古早二文治同我不是章魚燒等等，真係好味又抵食👍！「蜜汁紫菜排骨飯」🍚🍖，呢個飯入面有香濃嘅酥炸排骨，搭配上紫菜，味道夠入味，食落去每一口都令人驚喜！招牌菜式「壹.01芒果魯肉飯」🥭🍚，呢個魯肉飯特別之處配上新鮮嘅芒果，加埋柔軟入味嘅魯肉，味道甜中帶鹹，真係一個新穎又好味嘅組合，令人回味無窮。✨台灣食品一定要食蛋餅，「拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅」🧀🥚，蛋餅外脆內滑，拉絲嘅芝士同火腿搭配，食落去真係好滿足，適合當早餐或者小食！而「台北夜市小食拼盤」🍢🍗，入面有台灣腸、花枝丸同鹽酥雞，全部都係經典台式小食，外脆內嫩，真係好味得不得了，食到停唔到手！最後，唔好錯過「明太子章魚燒」🦑🔥，呢款章魚燒用咗新鮮明太子，外脆內軟，味道香濃，真係好正！飲品方面，必點「全手作芋頭鮮奶」🥛🍠，呢杯鮮奶用咗新鮮芋頭製作，口感滑順，飲落去非常舒服。總之，「壹.01」真係一間好味又抵食嘅台式餐廳。
