To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼上次試過佢嘅招牌鹿丸鮮奶,我話過要繼續試吓佢其他嘅飲品。今日咁啱又要去尖沙咀,於是特登行去呢度買嘢飲。睇咗一陣個Menu都唔知飲乜好,冇乜特別嘢吸睛,於是照舊叫返招牌鹿丸鮮奶,比完錢之後發現原來牆上貼左兩款期間限定嘅飲品,於是我立即問收銀員可唔可以改,佢真好好,肯俾我改,所以我最後叫咗鹿丸滑捋捋。芝士雪絨嘅飲品首先係要第一啖飲下啲芝士同埋紅茶,之後再攪勻啲珍珠一齊飲。芝士雪絨同平時嗰啲芝士奶蓋有啲唔同,呢個比較滑同埋口感薄身啲,所以飲起嚟冇咁膩同滯,紅茶嘅茶味都好香濃,攪勻之後我發現啲冰都差不多溶晒,但係杯飲品都keep到凍嘅,我最鍾意咁樣因為唔會溝淡晒,總括嚟講都係值得一試。
