Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚又想做無飯主婦，就來觀塘逛一逛，順道來這新匯聚餐廳小廚，見平時上班時間也有不少捧場客，想不到星期日晚上來也是這麼熱鬧😁🙌🏼家鄉炒銀絲老公想吃點小炒，於是點了這炒銀絲，非常有鑊氣💕有蝦仁、芽菜、瘦肉絲、芝麻、紅椒、蔥、蛋、粉絲😎好足料呢！而且蝦仁有四五粒👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼這炒銀絲的份量大，兩人吃實在非常飽肚。芝麻雞第一次吃芝麻雞，雞皮炸得香脆，配上芝麻粒粒，吃起來像薯片一樣脆卜卜🙈🙈半隻雞的份量足夠兩人吃，不錯。金銀蛋浸時菜我們選了娃娃菜，喜歡這菜式有很多的配料，有皮蛋、蛋白、肉碎，而且湯底很夠味，令到娃娃菜更加鮮甜。這道菜的性價比不錯。下次一家人再來吃晚飯！大大碟的小炒，非常性價比高😋
