To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日前同女朋友去太子花墟睇花，行得耐就自然會餓，要周圍搵嘢食，點知畀我哋見到呢間抵食嘅平民西餐廳，環境優雅，出品又中規中矩。只係座位坐得比較迫夾，不過喺寸土尺金嘅香港，完全可以理解。.香草蕃茄茸海鮮燴意大利飯 ($75)—— 飯粒質地軟糯濕潤，蜆肉汁滲透risotto內，引發提味作用。.蛋包飯配馬蘇里拉雞扒($62)—— 蛋包飯稍為遜色，略嫌少少乾。賣相有少少似女僕Cafe嘅魔法蛋包飯，所以擺盤都算特別。
