To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都無去「大快活」食下午茶了,其實時間已經係下午5:00,我仲以為下午茶餐應該賣得七七八八,點知都仲有咁多選擇喎。望住眼前的餐牌,我真係揀野食都揀左很耐。最後我揀左豬扒包和熱茶走。個包的size唔細㗎,豬仔包的底面都有烘過,所以熱辣辣和脆脆地。塊豬扒係無骨的,唔駛擔心話食食下要避開舊骨。厚薄適中,大概有1cm左右;食落味道幾好,同埋夠腍。入面再配埋生菜絲和沙律醬,材料簡簡單單,不過都很配合。茶走味道不過不失,但係唔係好夠熱...一上檯我就試左啖,只係暖暖地而已,感覺始終無咁好。如果溫度方面可以控制得好些,咁就更加好了。
