最近表姐升職,佢開心到話要請我食飯,至於地點當然由佢揀啦 ~ 最後佢揀左食中菜既壹玖捌叁!一入到去已經覺得好high class,坐低後先叫左普洱茶~2個人點左幾個餸~老式烤夫:肥厚濕潤烤夫襯以清爽既木耳,口感比坊間一般既出品豐富;愈悽愈開胃。 銀湖西施:上面係蟹肉蝦肉蛋白炒出黎,食落好香蛋味;而下面係蒸上湯蛋白,口感滑嫩。鮑汁玉掌扣五頭湯鮑:唔好講笑,個鮑魚非常厚身,而且肉質腍、彈牙~鮑汁味濃郁,好唔錯~而鴨掌炆得勁入味,冇得輸~樟茶鴨方:由芝麻蝦膠同埋樟茶鴨肉做成,望落賣相吸引!鴨肉有輕輕既煙燻味,而蝦膠充滿彈性,咬落好有層次感~而旁邊既菜絲炸過來的,食落有少少似紫菜 =]紅棗雪耳燉桃膠:呢碗糖水甜度岩岩好,唔會好甜!而且飲落好舒服,粒紅棗係靚野 =]overall 好好, 下次我出bonus 都可以帶父母黎食!! 真係勁正!

肥厚濕潤烤夫襯以清爽既木耳,口感比坊間一般既出品豐富;愈悽愈開胃。
 
銀湖西施:
上面係蟹肉蝦肉蛋白炒出黎,食落好香蛋味;而下面係蒸上湯蛋白,口感滑嫩。

鮑汁玉掌扣五頭湯鮑:
唔好講笑,個鮑魚非常厚身,而且肉質腍、彈牙~鮑汁味濃郁,好唔錯~而鴨掌炆得勁入味,冇得輸~

樟茶鴨方:
由芝麻蝦膠同埋樟茶鴨肉做成,望落賣相吸引!
鴨肉有輕輕既煙燻味,而蝦膠充滿彈性,咬落好有層次感~
而旁邊既菜絲炸過來的,食落有少少似紫菜 =]

紅棗雪耳燉桃膠:
呢碗糖水甜度岩岩好,唔會好甜!而且飲落好舒服,粒紅棗係靚野 =]

overall 好好, 下次我出bonus 都可以帶父母黎食!! 真係勁正!
