To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來「弄堂」係指上海小巷的意思。弄堂裏擺放多張與上海有關的相,我未曾去過上海,但可幻想上海那種古色古香的味道。杯上印有雞公圖案,是60,70年代基層家庭開飯必備之選。傳來濃濃頭抽味,年糕煙韌有咬口,配料如菜和冬菇吸收了頭抽的味道,味道剛好,不會過鹹。原來上海人會以高湯煮小棠菜及百頁以增加其香味,外面上海鋪多數用薄身的百頁,但煮後較易散,但這裏卻用厚身百頁,因為厚身關係,處理需時才可變得不易散,兩者都掛了高湯,入口時吃到高湯和其他材料融為一體。春卷裏的餡料有菜、冬菇、肉絲。特別之處是冬菇不是切粒/絲而是切片,要處理切片的冬菇並不容易,如果冬菇處理得不好,會令其春卷留下一種''up''味。另外,菜會在煮食過程中出現大量水,但廚師仍可避開材料的壞處,控制得宜,令我吃後感覺菜和冬菇很入味,而春卷炸得香脆而不油膩。略嫌皮不夠軟滑,但味道還是不錯。豆漿味道香濃,有濃烈豆味。酸梅湯就不太夠味了!
