天氣凍咗，成日都好想打邊爐，所以今日去咗荃灣大滾友，呢間去過幾次㗎啦，因為嗰個花膠雞湯底實在太吸引，一諗起打邊爐就諗起佢～半隻花膠雞雞湯濃郁清甜好味，雞件份量十足，花膠亦都好多，軟綿綿好好食～牛肉拼盤(細)雪花紋分佈平均，牛肉味濃郁，每一款都係廚師精心挑選，高質牛肉～鮮牛肉手打丸(4粒)外面口感彈牙，內裏充滿肉汁，咬一口牛肉味香濃又爆汁感覺～伊比利亞橡果豬獨特香味，肉質口感猶如奶油柔軟，入口即化，層次感豐富～大滾友雜菜拼盤多款蔬菜、粟米、蕃茄、芋頭、仲有萵筍，全部都好新鮮青綠～新鮮鮑魚好大隻呀！口感彈牙鮮甜，好味！火焰焦糖豆腐花黃豆味濃郁，又香又滑，店員仲配合火焰上枱，氣勢十足！
