滾得囍聽朋友講花膠雞湯好正就聽得多！今日終於同老公來試下！花膠雞湯另上一碟雞加一碟花膠，首先店員好細心幫我地剪左花膠滾起左個靚湯先，飲完湯，再落雞件！花膠好大塊，滿滿的膠原蛋白，雞件肉質鮮嫩，飲完湯食完雞，感覺好暖胃！本地牛頸脊擺盤精緻牛肉切得厚薄適中、油脂分布均勻，肉質細膩，帶有濃郁的牛肉香味黃金雙拼魚皮/響零撈埋秘製鹹蛋黃，外觀超吸睛，超級邪惡而又好吸引🤩又香又脆手打黑松露鮮蝦丸濃烈的黑松露香味，包住新鮮蝦仁🍤爽口彈牙滾得囍餃子拼盤有5種口味印象最深刻係佢既韭菜餃，我個人比較喜歡菜多既餃子而佢既分量剛剛好⭐️食完咁多肉同炸物，點埋雜菜拼盤，解解膩，完滿結束美味既晚餐
