To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前睇咗「衞食攻略」,知道上環蘇杭街一帶有好多平民小店,放工就約埋同事一齊,係西營盤行過嚟搵食。見呢間熊拉麵有介紹過,價錢亦唔算貴,就入去坐低咗。招牌熊拉麵 ($95)豬骨湯底,份量正常,最出色係隻溏心蛋魚介熊拉麵 ($97)比起中環嗰間鯛魚湯底,呢間比較濃,但都好味。叉燒得一片,係大片薄切。麵底可以揀軟硬度。可以追加其他配料及香味油。會有期間限定款拉麵,呢段時間係生蠔拉麵。不過我哋對生蠔無興趣就試番招牌款。可以encore再去既小店。

招牌熊拉麵 ($95)
豬骨湯底,份量正常,最出色係隻溏心蛋
魚介熊拉麵 ($97)
比起中環嗰間鯛魚湯底,呢間比較濃,但都好味。

叉燒得一片,係大片薄切。麵底可以揀軟硬度。可以追加其他配料及香味油。
會有期間限定款拉麵,呢段時間係生蠔拉麵。不過我哋對生蠔無興趣就試番招牌款。
可以encore再去既小店。
