大埔真係一個好多好野食地方,進入大門內有一盞大型嘅水晶燈而且在牆上有很多酒圍繞住,很有氣派感覺高貴。menu大多以牛做主的,最啱我哋呢啲牛魔王🤭2個set 一個係tasting menu 一個係set dinner.價錢比港島區較便宜。 總結佢自家製牛肝菌牛油超級香,配合麵包🥯絕配。自己調配的湯很出色,每喝一口都滿滿牛肝菌的濃郁味道,將麵包配上牛肝菌牛油再沾上湯,完全感受到果種味蕾衝擊。而每款主菜味道都好平均,而且肉質都鮮嫩,和juicy.
