文興酒家有多年歷史,成立於1990年,從英國首家食店延伸至世界吾同角落。今次趁週末去咗食佢地嘅二人午市套餐,假日優惠價只需要$520😳有前菜、貴妃雞、主菜、甜品。✿ 雞絲粉皮涼拌雞絲粉皮,系吾少中菜館都受歡迎嘅前菜,雞絲肉口感滑溜🐔加入胡麻醬增添許多滋味,然後呢度雞絲粉皮特別在仲落咗芥末,少少辣又幾過癮。✿ 是日炖湯是日炖湯估吾到咁足料,有大大舊翅、雞腳、瘦肉,炖湯啲油系雞肉新鮮滲出黎,瘦肉食完都飽飽哋😬✿ 貴妃雞貴妃雞半隻已經好大隻🐔雞肉大部分部分都滑溜,沾上薑蓉香氣十足🫚用黎送飯一流👍🏼✿ 黑毛豬咕嚕肉用黑毛豬整嘅咕嚕肉果然高級🐷欣賞佢外層好脆卜卜,內裡肉件做到有咬口。菜式本身冇以拔絲命名,但亦做到拔絲效果,打卡效果十足~酸甜醬令人十分開胃。✿ 合時甜品甜品系椰汁千層卷,個樣似卷蛋咁好得意😁好多洞洞透氣度十足,吾會太甜加上軟綿濕潤。
