今天帶老友專程入元朗朗屏虹坊的范湯皇試一試范太高超的廚藝。今次三個人,兩枝清酒配范太私房料理。梵-日本之翼,日本皇室御用清酒,機場免稅商店五千丹一枝,當然好味過獺祭。先上前菜,好味香煮肉餅,好juicy煎䱽魚,火喉啱啱好離骨,我們一路食一路讚石崇魚濃湯,范湯皇以燉湯聞名,我們一口氣飲清光首本咖哩牛腩加飯另外一個首本名菜- 滑蛋蝦仁,真的好滑黃酒煮雞今晚的高潮是花蟹蒸蛋。兩隻大花蟹放在蒸滑蛋上,超級好食今晚每人五百元,浄係食花蟹都有賺。最緊要一致裁定碟碟都好味,不枉專程入元朗試范太的手勢。
