To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜上海,簡單、直接,走高一檔次的上海菜。有名菜,亦有茶味朱古力,也有多款名酒於酒櫃,名符其實:夜 上 海!前菜少不了,烤夫、馬蘭頭、燻鴨蛋。味道一層層昇華,有多種香料,也有濃厚煙燻點。清炒蝦仁精緻菜式,有粒粒豆作伴,猶如一幅畫般欣賞。河蝦爽滑鮮甜,火候掌握如此的好。加上醋又是另一個味覺世界。黃花魚有少許紅椒作點綴,外皮鬆脆甘黃。蟹蓋蛋白有雌蟹的羔,瑤柱,加上蛋白焗製而成,每一口就似醇酒滑落喉嚨。其他菜式也是不俗,按照人數或喜好,例如烤夫。整體來說,偶爾用中上價錢品味優質上海菜也是不錯。而且服務也算有效率,另外枱與枱之間也有空間。雖然每個高談闊論,但環境一點也不喧鬧。今天即使沒有橫財降臨,也有味美的吃到肚子裏,總對復活假日有個交待。
