To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上回說到,我嚐了這家花斑茶社的奶茶,發現他們用的奶很正點,不久之後我又回來了。疫情好像對他們影響滿大的,這條樂道幾乎沒幾個人,不過這家飲品很好喝,所以我又來了選擇跟上次差不多加了新品大甲芋泥烏龍奶茶,雖然對茶的分類不多,但已經很足夠,因為每款都是該系列比較有名的台茶,每款的發酵度都不同。而烏龍就是半發的。芋泥烏龍奶茶預設微糖,熱,半熟的茶香跟甘香平衡,不會太濃烈,甜茶香跟熟茶味中性,我就很喜歡這個味道。奶的甜度適中,令人越喝越想喝,芋泥不是完全的泥,而是一塊塊的薄芋頭泥,本身已經帶甜,跟奶茶同喝非常好玩!黑糖珍珠岩鹽厚鮮奶絕對要試,賣相一流,吃起來更佳,奶味濃厚,淡淡咸香調和了黑糖的甜,CREAMY的口感非常正

加了新品大甲芋泥烏龍奶茶,雖然對茶的分類不多,但已經很足夠,因為每款都是該系列比較有名的台茶,每款的發酵度都不同。
而烏龍就是半發的。


芋泥烏龍奶茶預設微糖,熱,半熟的茶香跟甘香平衡,不會太濃烈,甜茶香跟熟茶味中性,我就很喜歡這個味道。奶的甜度適中,令人越喝越想喝,芋泥不是完全的泥,而是一塊塊的薄芋頭泥,本身已經帶甜,跟奶茶同喝非常好玩!
