To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶控必訪嘅日式甜品小店

身為一名茶控，對於呢間專食茶味甜品嘅小店已經bookmark左有一段時間，趁住之前去開西營盤，就特登行咗過去幫襯☺️ 呢間小店原來係家庭生意，入到去見到媽媽負責整甜品，爸爸負責招呼客人，仔仔就喺隔離枱玩緊🤣 而且個環境都好似啲日本家庭開嘅小店咁，入到去就已經好有親切感👍🏻一向鍾意焙茶嘅我其實一早已經有心水，入到去就毫不猶豫咁嗌咗件焙茶卷😋 雖然佢係焙茶卷，但個名就夠哂長🤣 仲有白玉同紅豆伴碟。而個焙茶cream嘅茶味夠哂濃，但可以再滑身啲，同埋個蛋糕就咁食會有啲乾，加埋啲cream同埋上面嘅奶蓋就會較好，但整體都唔錯🙌🏻而朋友個心太軟就幾有驚喜，內裡超級流心😋 而且茶味同樣都幾濃，熱熱地嘅流心漿再加上凍冰冰嘅抹茶雪糕，冰火交融真係好正😙 另外啲蕨餅都係抹茶味，而且又大大嚿，呢個combo真係啱晒抹茶控！
