To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去楊屋道街市買菜和買點水果，順便也吃個下午茶，在街市對面荃新天地2期，茶泰，應該是泰國式的餐廳吧，門口有張貼下午茶茶餐，門內有點特別，有一排貨架6層，似超市，擺滿薯片等之類的零食，走過貨架。噢，寬敞，幹淨，舒適，靠窗那排台櫈正正看到外面的風景，很寫意，我找了張卡位座下，服務員立即就幫我下了單。香茅鷄脾猪皮餐等了10分鍾吧，一大碟，香噴噴的，鷄脾炸得金黃金黃，熱辣辣，用刀叉切開，皮脆香，肉很入味，很嫩滑。猪皮也是很香很脆，看上去象蝦片，但比蝦片好吃，這個下午茶跟今天的天氣一樣“火”呀。配一杯見不到檸檬的檸檬茶，但檸檬味很濃，正好將剛吃的火和今天天氣的火降下去。餐廳裝修簡約，台與台之間寬敞，行走的空間多，冷氣適中，價錢合理。見菜牌，晚餐的菜式也滿吸引的，有時間再來嘗試。

香茅鷄脾猪皮餐
等了10分鍾吧，一大碟，香噴噴的，鷄脾炸得金黃金黃，熱辣辣，用刀叉切開，皮脆香，肉很入味，很嫩滑。
