To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當完值就在附近食下午茶，見到間有很多茶類甜品的小店，唔駛諗啦，GO!小店整齊企理，環境光猛，牆上的黑板粉筆字和圖畫也很美。甜品、飯類、小食、飲品都有，而下午茶時段就有新品：和風抹茶紅豆白玉法式吐司（$68），賣相非常豐富吸引！法式吐司烤得極之香脆可口，仲暖笠笠，配上冰涼嘅抹茶雪糕和香滑嘅忌廉同吃，雪暖交融，正！還有香甜嘅香蕉、黏糯嘅白玉和甜美嘅紅豆蓉，好豐富！再淋上抹茶醬和黃豆粉，充滿和風色彩。朋友要宮崎縣柚子海鹽梳打（$55），賣相好清新，味道酸甜微鹹，充滿青檸的酸香，好fresh！消暑解渴，喜歡！我當然要茶，係焙茶特飲（$55），杯頂放咗一串黃豆粉紅豆白玉，更添和風色彩，真有心思！將它浸入焙茶中，更好味！焙茶甘香，奶香滑味濃，味道不太甜，不錯！
