To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今時今日搵文青咖啡店一點也不難；今次黎一間茶記感覺嘅咖啡店。冇all day breakfast, 漢堡飽薯條；有餐蛋治、奶醬多、公司三文治等等茶記食物；再加一堆咖啡豆任揀成為my cup of coffee.選擇困難症又黎；縱然每款豆都列出深炒/中炒；果味重定花味重，我都唔知揀咩好。可以來個幸運數字決定飲咩，又或者點餐同老闆傾下計聽下佢介紹邊款豆都好 😊今日則來個輕食，同朋友分奶醬多 ($12)及咖啡選了 29 號佳麗:哥倫比亞綠寶山 單豆品，未飲過齋啡，所以今次都照加三蚊要奶泡。唔好預拉花，第一啖飲落去好厚奶味，成杯咖啡好醇同呢款豆唔重酸味；各位可以按自己喜歡果味多啲定焦味濃啲而選擇😋😋 朋友建議下次可以唔加奶泡，更感受咖啡香🤣🤣 (唔知有冇得飲飲下唔習慣就叫老闆幫我加返奶泡🙈🙈)好鍾意街坊感覺嘅店😍
