名廚叫自己做祥仔在 K11 開茶餐廳,知道咗之後已經想去不過無行開呢個商場,今日特登過來,門面裝修如高級餐廳雅緻,似乎坐得很舒適。揀了三款招牌,首先問到每日限量的芝士焗蟹蓋,仲有,即點,整得又真是幾好,面頭碎碎的唔知是蒜是酥皮,口感酥脆,揭開𥚃面蟹肉幾多,芝士唔太多,真材實料,$78這個價錢抵。爵肉牛柳是傳統豉油西餐的做法,牛柳醃味濃郁,肉腍得來有些咬口,很有食牛扒的感覺,有很多配菜,薯仔很大件,分量十足很夠食,$178唔貴。仲有經典芝士煙肉長通粉伴溫泉蛋,芝士味濃郁,都唔錯。會再來試其他招牌。

爵肉牛柳是傳統豉油西餐的做法,牛柳醃味濃郁,肉腍得來有些咬口,很有食牛扒的感覺,有很多配菜,薯仔很大件,分量十足很夠食,$178唔貴。
