呢間餐廳個老闆比較有心去做, 嘢食見到係好用心去研究同創新,嘢食比較多源化, 同普通茶餐廳好明顯唔同,連用水都係特別好。食物方面,稱得上最強雜扒,即係有非常的份量!一塊鐵板上,容納了豬扒、牛扒、雞扒、法腸、牛脷、太陽蛋...當然仲有雜菜,薯角,大蕃茄!份量勁足之餘味道也相當不俗,每件扒都沒有"鞋"身的感覺,啖啖嫰肉的滋味是真的很捧,而且那個去皮蕃茄的汁豐富到不得了👍🏼👍🏼柚子雞翼,一客有五隻,酸酸甜甜幾開胃,雞翼算大隻,雞翼先經過香煎,再去烤焗,外皮烤得香脆,熱辣辣的,加上柚子醬汁,味道甜甜酸酸,惹味濃郁。最吸引我的,是葱花炒蛋,蛋加了咸蛋黃碎,炒蛋即叫即煎,非常厚身,翻開後不見有蛋汁溢出,却不會太乾,是煎得有誠意,耐性。多士更有趣,可以揀普通白麵包或雞蛋麵包,咁大個第一次試雞蛋麵包烘既多士。今餐我們選擇了酥皮龍蝦湯我發現現在坊間比較少地方有酥皮湯飲而這裏的酥皮湯只是加$20就可以轉換了龍蝦湯十分香濃!
