Shopped with gf last night and walk passed this "FRENCH CUISINE" restaurant. We though it is new open so why not give it a try! We ordered the Set Dinner B which is HK$544 or something like that. Was expecting some good french cuisine... Well the first dishes which is the cold seafood combination, all I can say is the seafood is not fresh at all... Oyster is just OK, the shrimp is small and smelly, other combination even worst. The Pumpkin cream soup taste like something I can get in usual H
At the end we told the waitress how bad and un-fresh the seafood plate was and she went to report to her manager. It is really shocking that the manager didn't even bother to come out asking for more improvement advice from their customers??? We end up paying a bit more than six hundred dollars for a crappy dinner like this!!! I think I can spend 1/5 of the price to find alot other restaurant make better food than this place!!! I read some other people's advice about this restaurant and I cannot believe people actually like or satisfied with the food there which is really really shocking??? All I can say is to you people not to waste money going to this restaurant!!! Grand Hyatt Price, Low quality food, Cha Chan Tan Environment (差差差!!! 茶餐廳食物, 水準很差, 失望!!!! )
