今天跟朋友去大圍去吃她推薦的「茶」餐 - 「老去茶事」,一間可品茶又可以用茶飲來搭配美食的地方,店外簡樸的門面擺放着植物好配合整件事。茶氏滷豆腐茶漬飯這是一個茶湯·茶漬飯,用藜麥昆布野菌菜飯,我選了熟普洱茶為茶湯,配以香濃的滷豆腐,雖然這個是素食但充滿口感和層次。弄堂茶燻雞低溫慢煮的三黃雞放入茶葉的滷水中,再以紅茶蘋果木煙燻,咬一口雞肉嫩滑,雞皮那種煙煄味好突出。東坡肉低溫浸煮的東坡肉入口即溶,配上鬆軟荷葉餅共吃減低肥膩感,藜麥柚子醋沙律新鮮爽口。
