最近有位同事新來,佢初一十五都會食齋,咁啱當晚係佢嘅welcome dinner,我哋就揀咗間素食餐廳同佢慶祝。其實真係甚少食齋,因為作為一個Foodie咩都要試吓嘅時候就好少會揀食素。特別要講下佢個麻婆豆腐,因為真係好香,食第一啖嘅時候係有驚艷嘅感覺㗎,好似食緊正宗川菜咁,同埋佢個豆腐非常多,送飯真係一流。另外叫咗個牛肝菌香煎芙蓉鮮竹,係用腐竹煎嘅餅薄餅,食落同蛋餅真係有幾分相似,而且個質感好特別,外脆內軟,呢個餸真係好考個廚師係唔用蛋漿煎下煎薄餅嘅技巧,讚!一坐低就見到隔離枱食緊個紅菜頭炒飯,見到呢個顏色忍唔住就一定要叫啦!佢真係用新鮮紅菜頭汁來炒,所以充滿着紅菜頭嗰種菜味,飯熦到粒粒分明,雖然會有人唔鍾意紅菜頭嗰隻味,但係我就非常鍾意,而且影相打卡都一流。仲有最後甜品棗皇糕,呢個真係無敵,搞到我好想買一對返去新年自己定嚟食!因為我哋太嘈所以店員都忍唔住走過來同我地吹兩嘴,先知原來素都有好多個派別,佢呢度就主打用新鮮嘅蔬菜,而唔係用素肉,希望可以為個世界出多一分力,多啲減碳少啲動物殺害,我諗我都要反思一下人生,食少啲肉,積返啲福
