呢間位於荃灣嘅串燒店都幾有驚喜。星期日晚市時段都幾旺場。串燒種類都多,口味偏向港式同日式風味。店家好好,先送咗一個薯仔沙律嘅前菜。薯蓉食落好軟熟,個麻醬又幾開胃。蟹籽沙律 ($38)份量都多,青瓜可能切得太幼嘅緣故,唔係話非常之爽脆,不過不失啦。蒜蓉燒帶子 ($40 each)幾欣賞佢嘅蒜蓉都幾幼細,帶子鮮嫩幾好食。燒油甘魚鮫 ($76)非常之抵食嘅油甘魚鮫,之前喺日本餐廳食過都唔係呢個價錢可以食到。佢燒到個皮好脆同埋啲肉質仲好嫩滑嘅,只係點少少檸檬汁已經好好食。海苔蘆筍明太子卷 ($48)估唔到佢係炸嘅,明太子係落咗落啲沙律醬度,個配搭都幾特別。汁燒雞髀菇 ($18)汁燒牛舌尖 ($38)汁燒唔會太鹹,牛舌特別好食,肉質軟熟。鹽燒牛小排 ($45)牛味濃郁,唔會燒到好乾好硬。燒白鱔 ($42)白鱔個皮燒到脆脆地,魚肉就比較腍身,仲keep住啲魚汁。原條肉碎茄子 ($52)肉碎比得一啲都唔手軟,茄子肉一絲絲搣出嚟食好軟滑,配埋個肉碎感覺啱啱好。山藥福包 ($25)見呢個幾得意喺出邊未食過。但口味偏鹹,入面好似係一啲釀山藥嘅物體。焦糖芝士蛋糕 ($22)價錢合理,外型有啲似壽司郎嘅卡達拉
