火焰焦糖豆腐花:
我們做了會員,所以有迎新甜品。當店員呈上這一套火焰焦糖豆腐花時,我們都覺得十分
「驚艷」。那別緻的酒樽,內裏裝着糖水;那雅致的小白瓷碗,內裏是黃糖。店員首先放上黃糖,然後輕輕用火槍把豆腐花的表面燒成焦糖面,就像是把傳統的中式甜品與西式Creme Brtlee結合。豆腐花很嫩滑,加上微焦黃糖濃郁的甜味,真的有中西合璧的感覺。
