臨近農曆新年嘅天氣又凍咗少少呢晚就想打個邊爐暖一暖身嚟咗荃灣廣場嘅呢間台式小火鍋店🍲 估唔到平日夜晚八點都仲咁多人等緊位我同友人一人叫咗一個套餐另外再加配咗少少嘢食大鴛鴦鍋底我揀咗麻辣靈魂鍋真係幾重麻味🌶️ 但係唔會辣得好嗆喉入面仲有滷鴨血㗎友人就揀南洋咖哩鍋椰香味濃仲有咖喱香料嘅味道🍛 加咗少少白蘿蔔粒同洋蔥湯底飲落冇咁膩小鴛鴦鍋底無論揀咩湯底都會有一個固定嘅小鴛鴦湯底養生菌菇鍋🍄 呢個湯底菇味濃郁睇返介紹原來入面有特選杏鮑菇洋菇珍珠菇等多種菌菇再加上松露醬唔怪得咁好飲啦友人話佢鍾意呢個湯底多過自己揀嗰個😂人氣牛肉套餐見呢個係人氣No.1嘅套餐所以就叫咗我揀美國特選級牛上蓋肉🐮 肉質唔算係好肥嘅嗰種咬落都有牛肉味滋選豬肉套餐友人就食巴西豬肩肉肉質比牛肉更瘦但係食落都唔算太韌🐷加配食物我地叫咗小葉蝦滑同麻辣鴨血小葉蝦滑造型可愛食落蝦滑彈牙雖然麻辣鍋入面有鴨血但係唔夠喉就再叫多咗碟😝套餐配菜套餐配咗樂活蔬菜盤配味料吧刨冰吧蔬菜盤有好多唔同種類嘅菜真係好豐盛㗎🥗 醬料方面有十款左右當中比較有特色嘅係水蜜桃醋點肉食會冇咁膩好開
