今日午飯時間經過這間拉麵店,見到店內坐滿人,連向來都不好拉麵的我,也停下來望望餐牌。對上一次吃拉麵已經唔記得幾耐之前⋯就決定在這𥚃尋找久違的味道!蜆貝羊肚菌拉麵 是期間限定,可選擇麵條的硬度,老公不喜歡太硬身,就選擇較柔的、走蔥+慢熟豚叉燒 +紫菜配料是可以加錢加配的,如半熟蛋、紫菜、叉燒、竹筍和麵底⋯蜆肉煮熟後都唔會縮到好細,非常鮮甜🫰🏻叉燒慢煮後薄切肉質嫩滑,羊肚菌醬有獨特的菇菌香氣,拌麵、叉燒一齊食令味道再提升!魚介豚骨沾麵 麵條選擇標準硬度,粗麵食落有咬口,爽滑彈牙!魚介豚骨湯底非常之濃厚,香濃而不鹹,豚骨加上魚介又鮮又香,本來沒什麼味道的麵條沾上濃湯汁後十分美味😋叉燒表面輕輕烤過帶點焦香味,偏瘦唔錯!跟半熟蛋半隻和竹筍~~煎餃子🥟餃子咬落去鬆軟多汁,係唔錯嘅小食。綠茶可樂白桃烏龍冷泡茶
