早排一行三人去了荃灣打邊爐,搵到這間常滿都幾多人幫襯的,所以決定試試,因為時間還早,好彩即時有位,因遲些出排晒隊了,其實這店的雞煲應該較出名,我隔離檯有人點了,我聞到好香,我們坐低後就點了冰豆腐、雜菜、干魚唇、安格斯牛肉(大)、牛胸尖、雪花牛粒、蘇杭餃、白菜餃、手打墨魚丸、梅菜豬肉丸、梅酒千層肉、人參藥膳鍋人參藥膳鍋:其實我覺得這湯底都幾貴下,裡面沒咩特別的材料,最搞笑有豬紅在裡面,而且飲唔到有咩參味!安格斯牛肉(大):牛肉好新鮮,花紋都幾靚,咬落好嫩滑,夠晒牛味,唔錯蘇杭餃:同梅菜豬肉丸既味道一模一樣!白菜餃:都係一般般牛胸尖:這個係我最愛,這部份的牛味特別濃架,而且很爽脆的梅酒千層肉:酒味真係好香好香,千層肉咬落有彈性,唔錯
