To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日第一次黎南豐紗廠參觀,入到黎俾這間以白色主題裝潢嘅新餐廳吸引住,環境舒適,坐位闊落,有sofa位,有高枱座位,適合一家大细,亦適合情侶或三五知己,飲吓野,食件cake過個優閒下午。推介signature cake,佢地同royal garden合作,配合Latte,仲有自家制作既cookie簡直perfect match。我們還試左自家制作嘅scone。聽店員介紹,他們有brunch同dinner,下次值得再試。p.s.全男班店員,殷勤有禮
