🫶🏻今日同朋友荃灣廣場行完街,過馬路去大壩街見到好多野食,馬路對面就有間日本野,仲要係我之前食過其中一間日本野既分店,即刻入出去chill下,可以選坐大枱/bar枱。仲叫左個300ml既清酒🍶配搭刺身嘆下~蜜柑鯛薄切&赤血引 (4切)刺身超清鮮!薄切都好考刀功特上十貫目🍱(其中特色既有:加拿大海膽、鰈魚邊、大拖羅及深海池魚王)賣相精緻,每款有一件,可以依到十款不同口味既壽司好幸福~ 壽司一定要用新鮮魚生,而魚生一直放係廚師既壽司製作桌上的凍櫃,見住佢慢慢拎D魚生出來切,即刻胃口大增。加拿大海膽鋪左幾層,賣相豐滿食落入口即化,而侍應表示大拖羅一定要最後先食,因為好香濃🤤🥢清酒煮蜆採用大蜆,乾淨無沙,大隻D口感更佳; 連埋清酒一起食,會食到好鮮甜既味道👅。抵食串燒:豆腐串、小甜薯、豬腩肉串
