To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同朋友一齊到南豐紗廠,被一間裝潢設計高雅嘅餐廳吸引,便與朋友坐低一試,大家一坐低,就被眼前嘅精美甜品吸引,叫了幾道菜後,便叫了幾款甜品。幾道菜都很特別,每款菜都伴有沙津菜,感覺清新,主菜亦很美味,個人很喜歡SEAFOOD LOVER,八爪魚很juicy,而另一摯愛係春雞肉,很嫩滑入味。而期待已久的甜品真係好令人滿足,甜品設計係一個毛球款式,好可愛!整體而言,環境舒適,菜色美味健康,價格合理,服務周到。
