Restaurant: Fleur (南豐紗廠)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次去南豐紗廠食韓式Cafe,今次就講下入面嘅澳紐式Cafe(不知不覺變咗南豐紗廠嘅Promoter😇)~ 有去過澳紐嘅朋友都知,當地人好興喺食物上加入新鮮食用花,今次我試呢間Fleur HK,主打唔同嘅brunch set~入面餐點均會加入大量花朵!食物賣相好靚之餘,花含豐富纖維及營養,亦對身體好好。😙 據店員講,佢哋會定期更換Menu,會因應時令去設計菜餚,令大家嚟食常有唔同驚喜~今次我就喺店員推介下,揀咗Meat Lover(鹿兒島豬扒竹碳包)、Yogurt Lover(加配薯蓉)、Mango Clitoria同Lemonade。  當Meat Lover端上嚟時,第一下真係比佢嚇親😳會唔會太巨型了?!成個三文治,大塊過我塊面喎!我用雙手,先剛好攞得起一舊,真係120蚊絕對唔貴!另外,不得不讚佢哋塊鹿兒島豬扒真係堅足料又正!一啖咬落去,好酥脆,肉汁滿滿,食完有種幸福嘅感受! 聽店員講,喺三文治入面,加咗隻泰式「是拉差」辣醬,微微香辣口感,惹味得嚟又中和到豬扒嘅油膩感,整體味道都好好。 Yogurt Lover好靚,七彩繽紛,睇見都開胃~ 至於Yogurt Lover

至於Yogurt Lover,入面有螺旋藻香蕉乳酪、雜錦燕麥、生果、牛奶餅、椰絲等等,味道酸酸甜甜,用料又豐富,比想像中飽肚!不過如果可再凍啲就好啦,感覺室溫Yogurt怪怪地(我諗唔關影相事)。

講完主餐,講下佢哋嘅特飲先~我幾鍾意Mango Clitoria,芒果香好重,配上酸甜嘅蝶豆花,幾消暑~不過Lemonade就太酸了😫感覺好似就咁似檸檬汁咁,個人就麻麻地。

除咗Brunch set,Fleur都自家製多款得意甜品~而我今次order嘅冷球蛋糕就係其中之一!呢款蛋糕令我聯想起前排Hit爆、梨泰院嘅冷球蛋糕!雖然款式相似,但實屬巧合😆
店員話之所以設計成冷球形狀,係因為佢哋間店開喺南豐紗廠,所以用冷球做主題❤️不過模具確係韓國訂製,原來像真度咁高嘅冷球,係用模具整成😳(我初初真係以為將糖膠整成毛線,再貼喺蛋糕上面...😅)
扯遠咗,講返味道先~呢度嘅冷球蛋糕共有3隻味,分別係米色嘅Tiramisu味,粉紅色嘅士多啤梨mousse同綠色嘅抹茶口味。我今次只係點咗Tiramisu。說實在,蛋糕睇落細件,食上口其實勁飽肚😆Mascarpone Cheese、蘸咖啡酒好濃郁,蛋糕夾層有手指餅,層次豐富,不過蛋糕對我嚟講太甜,食兩啖就有種好滯嘅feel,加上當時我又無order茶解膩,成件事比較 heavy。
