To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 米紙蝦卷夠低卡,又大份,減肥一流。

我另外仲叫咗炸蝦餅、米紙蝦卷。炸蝦餅略嫌薄咗少少,不過酥脆可口,沾醬酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。而米紙蝦卷就勁多料,大量蔬菜、九層塔、蝦皮,札札實實兩大條,配搭埋濃郁嘅花生醬,食完好滿足。

羅漢果茶生津降渴,又唔膩,正!

最後,飲品我揀咗羅漢果茶,好少餐廳有得點咁有益嘅嘢~(心裡撒花)
羅漢果自帶甜味,又有清肺止咳、潤腸通便嘅功能,解毒一流!

P.S. 呢餐我預計總卡路里在700卡內,真心食晒都無罪惡感!推薦!
