今日同班Friend去咗荃灣西站附近嘅瀛燒居酒屋食飯,呢間餐廳位置有啲隱世,但係裝修好有日本風味,牆上面貼滿晒海報,仲有好多日式燈籠,氣氛一流!一坐低就叫咗日本直送嘅金線鯛刺身。金線鯛肉質鮮甜爽口,魚油豐富,真係食得出係日本直送嘅新鮮貨,HK$348。另外,我哋仲叫咗飛魚籽玉子燒。玉子燒好鬆軟,味道香甜,配埋飛魚籽食落口感豐富,都係HK$88。清酒煮大蜆都好正,成鍋上枱,可以自己控制火候,大蜆好新鮮,肉質肥美,清酒湯底好清甜,呢個就HK$118,不過要小心個鍋好熱,唔好辣親手呀!上枱嗰陣仲會有火焰效果,好吸睛!串燒方面,我哋就叫咗蓮藕、秋葵同埋黑豚腩。蓮藕同秋葵燒得好爽脆,都係HK$22同HK$12;黑豚腩就肥瘦適中,唔會太油膩,HK$24串。飲品方面,我哋叫咗白桃特飲,味道香甜,好啱女仔飲,都係HK$29咋。最後梗係要試下呢度最特別嘅燒河豚酒!侍應會將河豚魚乾點火,再放入清酒入面,成個過程好有儀式感,而且味道都唔錯,帶有淡淡嘅魚鮮味,好特別,呢個都係HK$88咋!整體嚟講,瀛燒居酒屋嘅食物質素唔錯,環境同服務都好好,價錢方面就中規中矩,人均消費大約HK$200-300左右。如果想試吓
