平時好少去荃灣,真係唔知有咩好嘢食,行行下商場頂層見到有間日本嘢,個招牌都幾吸晴,就同女朋友一齊試下。我地就坐吧枱,睇完menu無耐好快就嗌晒嘢食,坐喺度等食。我就嗌咗杯17碎半$78,應該係荔枝青檸梳打,荔枝味幾重,飲落都幾gur。首先就有明太子奄列$98,個明太子辣辣地咁,而個蛋都煎得唔錯,入面仲好嫩。跟住就係唐揚魷魚鬚$68,炸粉薄薄一層,唔會太厚,調味亦都恰當嘅。和牛都食唔少,但和牛坑腩$198真係好少食,脂肪豐富但絕對冇筋,而且牛味重,唔需要太多調味。真係估唔到日本餐廳都有鵝肝$108食,而且都想當滋味,少少臊味咁加埋個脆包喺底,水準都唔差。平時喺屋企都會買啲鱈魚乾$58整嚟食,呢度都有,份量唔少而且價錢都合理。冰頭漬$38即係三文魚頭前嘅軟頭,凍盤咁食,相當煙靭但又不乏魚香。呢個原隻活北寄貝$88真係師傅由一隻北寄貝燒香後剪碎,鮮味又幾有咬口,用嚟送酒都幾正。沙律嚟講,呢個比目魚沙律$78都幾出色,而且價錢唔貴,嘅魚油同沙律一齊食,加少少醋同車厘茄,都幾開胃。之後就到主食之一芝士御好燒$98,平時好少食御好燒,但呢個芝士御好燒真係啖啖芝士,都幾飽肚。之後就有松葉蟹肉海膽炒飯

最尾嘅最尾就係鐵板疏乎厘$98,係女仔都鍾意嘅疏乎厘,外脆內軟,同女朋友嚟食一定要嗌㗎啦!

估唔到呢間喺商場隱世日本餐廳,嘢食嘅性價比都唔差,可以值得再嚟多次。
