餐廳嘅面門好有日本居酒屋🏮嘅感覺,餐廳有兩層,牆身貼左好多日系poster,仲播放日文歌,都幾有feel🤩黎得居酒屋必叫串燒同炸物,阿波尾雞胸軟骨幾爽口,阿波尾雞頸肉都幾特別,第一次食雞頸肉嘅串燒,本身以為無咩肉,但原來又唔係喎,啖啖肉,口感比較結實少少,但又幾好味,滴幾滴檸檬汁已經好正😚牛舌芯都幾厚身,食落爽口,燒到剛剛好,幾juicy炸物叫左日本宮崎腸、蝦肉讓松葉蟹鉗、海蝦,蟹鉗有驚喜,係用蝦用加蟹籽讓成,外面香脆,肉質爽口彈牙😆海蝦原隻連蝦頭一齊炸,脆到連蝦頭都可以就咁食埋🤤松葉蟹肉玉子燒幾特別,香滑嘅蛋包住松葉蟹肉,加左蟹肉嘅玉子多左份鮮甜味🥰至於刺身就叫左日本直送原條季節魚(金線鯛),擺盤好精緻,師傅刀功唔錯,刺身夠薄身,食落爽口,可以蘸Wasabi或者柚子醋加蘿蔔蓉同薑蓉,兩款醬都好夾👍🏻清酒煮大蜆基本上係呢到必點,店員會係你面前親自幫你煮埋,大蜆一打開已經可以食到鮮味十足嘅清酒煮蜆,即煮嘅味道果然更好食,連湯都可以飲埋🤩另外叫左杯自家製梅酒同白桃特飲黎送串燒,梅酒香甜,酒精濃度唔係太高,幾好飲☺️
