呢個係凍嘅豆腐花, 用木桶裝住, 店員會將紅糖加上去先, 加少少酒, 再用火槍燒出焦糖, 變成焦糖脆面嘅豆腐花; 豆腐花好嫩滑, 另一樽糖水, 甜度由你自己再調配。
